A lovely story reaches The Moodie Blog from Marqette, the two-time Airport Food Court of the Year winner at our annual FAB Awards.
It comes courtesy of Marqette’s dynamic Marketing Communications Manager Caroline Geraghty (right). I’ll let her take up the tale.
“We all know that sense of panic when we realise our purse or wallet is missing… but imagine losing it when you are about to fly to a different country. Our barman Gary saved the day and we would like to thank him for an excellent job of reuniting our customer Cesar with his wallet.
“Gary and Caser had struck up a rapport at the bar before Cesar left Marqette to catch his flight, not realising he left his wallet on the bar. Gary made every effort to reunite this customer with his wallet and we are delighted this story has a happy ending. Well done Gary for excellent customer service and honesty #honestyisthebestpolicy #travelstories”
Well said Caroline, and well done Gary.
What is it about Marqette? It seems to have both the most honest travellers (see our last quite lovely Blog) and the most honest staff. FAB-ulously honest, in fact.
