TFWA Asia Pacific is upon us and The Moodie BLOG is ready to swing into action as the travel retail industry descends on the great destination of Singapore.

Things kicked off in style last night at Chez Miller, home of Revlon travel retail boss Art Miller and his beautiful wife Nancy. For once industry executives were truly free of duty as they unwound from their travels from all points of the globe to be entertained with some great hospitality, superb Matua Valley Sauvignon Blanc from the world’s greatest wine-making country of New Zealand and… readers of a nervous disposition look away now… the sight of Art Miller dressed in an apron.

Partly Mrs Doubtfire, partly Phil Mickleson in drag, it was a true Revlon makeover that brought an indefinable Parisian catwalk touch when accompanied by the subtlety of Art’s trademark Hawaiian shirt.

Earlier, having told Nancy with an hour’s notice that he had invited 20 industry friends over, Art added quickly “Don’t worry honey, I’ll get dinner.” He did. The Moodie BLOG can reveal via this worldwide exclusive picture that Art’s latest business venture is a thriving little pizzeria in Singapore’s East Coast Parkway, called, you guessed it, Art’s Pizza.

For any TFWA Asia Pacific delegates feeling peckish in the early hours we can recommend the food wholeheartedly – just call 449875 and ask for Art. There’s a corporate discount for all Revlon clients or if you turn up wearing an apron.
