You’ve heard of The Trinity Forum, now welcome to The Trinity Walk.
In this case the industry ‘Trinity’ compromises three suppliers representing three categories – confectionery (Martyn Westbury, Mars), fragrances (Jan Kristiansen-Binder, Coty) and liquor (Peter Ayling, Taittinger).
This real-life Trinity partnership will be undertaking a 3.5km mile walk in Cardiff on Sunday 12 December 2010. But instead of it being a three-legged Trinity, the participants have decided on a four-legged walk.
The occasion is a Macmillan Cancer Support-backed charity walk where travel retail, typically, will be showing its commitment and generosity.
As the trio point out on their site (http://www.justgiving.com/The-Trinity-Walkers), Macmillan Cancer Support is a charity that is there from the very point of diagnosis, and all through a person’s cancer journey. They provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and rely on the generosity of their supporters for 99% of their income.
The Moodie Report has good cause to appreciate and understand the work of this wonderful charity and we urge you to support both it and the terrific trio of Trinity Walkers.
